INSTRUCTIONS
This form uses PayPal as the only method of payment. This format also charges a higher fee per awards category per level than using a printed form, to cover the fees associated with using Paypal. If you do not want to complete your WDCTA Dressage Championship application using PayPal, you must download and complete the hardcopy from the Forms Page and mail it with your check. Remember:
- Effective December 1, 2018: Form and Payment must be received 1 day prior to start of first show. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Championship registration open to WDCTA members in good standing.
- This form is NOT to be used for Western Dressage Awards OR for our Eventing Awards. Please use the forms dedicated to those awards categories.
- Please read WDCTA Dressage Championship Rules, available on the WDCTA website on our FORMS page, prior to competition year. You are responsible for understanding the rules of the awards program.
- ONE form for each Horse and Rider combination.
Once Paypal has processed your payment the RIDER will receive an email confirming your registration has been received, with a copy being sent to the OWNER. If you do not receive this email the process was likely not completed. If you are both the Rider and Owner, you could receive two emails.

If you are an Adult Amateur you need to print out the WDCTA Adult Amateur Affidavit, scan it to PDF or JPG, and be prepared to upload it with this application.

Please do NOT complete this form without going through the PayPal process. Forms received without payment will NOT be considered complete and valid, scores WILL NOT COUNT, and your submission will be lost!
You should have a total dollar amount below, and there will be a send button. Make sure you have completed all Required (*) items in the form or the form will not work. Once you hit the SUBMIT button, you will be transferred to Paypal.
A NOTE & WARNING:
If you had an error and the form asks you to fix the error (for instance, a missed field), you MUST re-attach the Adult Amateur Affidavit (if required) BEFORE hitting the Submit button or your Affidavit will not attach.
