WDCTA offers awards in Traditional Dressage, Western Dressage, and Eventing (formerly called Combined Training). In addition to riding awards, in-hand awards are also offered. WDCTA offers a 70 Percent Club, in which there is no fee for this award.

  • For Traditional Dressage awards, scores are earned during the competition year starting in December from USEF/USDF recognized dressage shows open to all breeds, or WDCTA recognized schooling shows.
  • For Western Dressage awards, scores are earned during the competition year starting in December from USEF/WDAA recognized shows, open to all breeds, or WDCTA recognized schooling shows.
  • For Eventing Awards, scores earned during the competition year starting in December from USEA Events can be used to meet championship qualification (Mini-Event and Combined Test scores are exempt from this rule).

Championship Rules can be found on the Forms page.

Annually, the WDCTA State Board votes to award one or more members as Member of the Year.  Any member may nominate a member for this prestigious award.
